YOUR 20-MINUTE RESET

Why Women Can Benefit from the Rose Light Ritual

The Rose Light Ritual uses two powerful EMR-Tek Firewave Pro panels, delivering both red (660 nm) and near-infrared (850 nm) wavelengths to bathe your body in restorative light.

Your session begins with a simple anti-inflammatory rose water cleanse to refresh your skin and prepare it for maximum light absorption. You’ll then rest for 20 minutes of deep cellular repair, listening to gentle music and sipping herbal tea. Afterwards, your skin will be nourished with my handcrafted botanical face serum, sealing in hydration and glow (or bring your own moisturiser as needed).

Red and near-infrared light therapy (also called photobiomodulation) has been widely researched for its effects on healing, inflammation, skin health, and energy.

Benefits may include:

  • Postpartum recovery: clinical trials show infrared light can significantly reduce perineal pain and accelerate healing after birth or c-section.¹ ²

  • Cellular repair & metabolism: red/NIR light stimulates mitochondria, boosting energy (ATP) and improving metabolic function.³ ⁴

  • Skin & hair vitality: enhances collagen production, smooths skin tone, and improves scalp circulation for healthy hair growth.³

  • Anti-inflammatory support: reduces oxidative stress and calms chronic inflammation.³ ⁴

  • Mood & energy: has been shown to reduce fatigue and improve emotional well-being in postpartum women.⁵

What is Cycle Coaching?

Cycle Coaching is a way of guiding conversation and reflection that draws on the wisdom of nature’s cycles alongside modern coaching tools. Instead of pushing towards linear goals, it honours the natural rhythm of change — just like the seasons move through growth, harvest, and rest.

It’s about helping you connect your thoughts, feelings, and actions so they align with what you truly value. Rather than someone telling you what to do, Cycle Coaching gently holds space for you to uncover your own clarity and next steps

What Makes Cycle Coaching Different

  • It’s not about “fixing” or giving you the answers.

  • It’s a safe, guided conversation that ends with clarity, either a plan or a meaningful takeaway.

  • It works especially well during times of transition — postpartum, relationship changes, career shifts, or simply when you feel stuck and want gentle direction.

  • The process is rooted in Shamanic Womancraft: honouring the cycles of nature, the wisdom of the body, and your own capacity for self-healing.

After a Cycle Coaching session, many women feel:

    • Clearer about what they want or need right now.

    • Grounded and less overwhelmed.

    • Supported in finding their own answers rather than being told what to do.

    • Reconnected to their own natural rhythm — ready to take their next step with ease.
