You’ll move through 5 distinct phases, each designed to layer in real, sustainable change. The final two weeks are all about integration — to ensure the shifts you’ve made work for you and continue to work for you.

WEEKS 1–2: FOUNDATION + FIRST SHIFTS

  • Begin your nutritional reset — a non-restrictive, deeply nourishing approach grounded in metabolic health
  • Learn the art of essentialism — cutting out the excess to find clarity
  • Understand your body's relationship with stimulants (caffeine, sugar, distractions)
  • Understand what you need to know about bloodwork — with guidance on what to request and how to understand it
  • Create your shopping list and food prep plan
  • Understand blood sugar basics — so you can work with your body, not against it
  • Introduce daily movement in a way that supports your hormones, not drains them.

WEEKS 3–4: GROUNDING + STRENGTHENING

  • Hold steady with the foundational diet — this is where the magic builds
  • Learn how to identify and reduce chronic stressors
  • Add in stress-reducing lifestyle practices
  • Introduce targeted supplements where needed
  • Deepen your understanding of insulin, energy, and cravings

WEEKS 5–6: REPAIR + RHYTHM

  • Make further refinements to your nutrition as your body adapts
  • Focus on sleep repair - from light exposure to nervous system reset
  • Learn about ketosis as a metabolic health tool - not a diet trend
  • Revisit shopping + meal planning
  • Explore the role of leptin and long-term hunger regulation

WEEKS 7–8: STRESS, SENSES + PRODUCT ENVIRONMENT

  • Learn about cortisol and how to work with your natural peaks and dips
  • Introduce gentle fasting - tailored to your stage of life and energy
  • Begin building your holistic living environment - habits, home, and mental load
  • Take inventory of products you use daily - from skincare to cleaning
  • Learn about smell blindness and your body's sensory awareness

WEEKS 9–10: IMMUNITY, SKIN & CYCLICAL LIVING

  • Build a holistic immune system - lifestyle, food, and herbal support
  • Create simple, clean skin and body recipes
  • Learn to use remedies and rituals for yourself and your family
  • Understand the seasons of the cyclic woman’s life (whether you're cycling or not)

WEEK 11: CYCLICAL LIVING & BLOOD RE-TEST

  • Learn how to live cyclically even if you're not menstruating
  • Revisit your blood tests to track shifts and guide your next steps
  • Reflect on the full transformation you've moved through

WEEKS 12–13: INTEGRATION

There’s no new recorded content in the final two weeks, and that’s entirely intentional. These weeks are like the shavasana at the end of a yoga practice: the space where everything you’ve learned and shifted begins to land. It’s where you consolidate, fine-tune, and make the changes your own.

This is not the end, it’s the beginning of your next chapter, built on rhythm, clarity, and deep understanding. I’ll still be there with you in our final calls, helping you reflect, adjust where needed, and leave feeling confident that you now hold the reins to your health and lifestyle.

Meet Your Guide

I’m Anna-Maria, a qualified naturopath, nutritionist, herbalist, and mother of four, with more than 10 years of experience helping women restore their health and reconnect to their bodies. After writing too many diet plans, I realised: it’s not the food that’s complicated — it’s the lifestyle and mindset that get in the way.

Women Wise is the program I wish every woman had: practical, powerful, and deeply human.

I won’t do it for you — but I’ll walk every step of the way with you.
