You’ll move through 5 distinct phases, each designed to layer in real, sustainable change. The final two weeks are all about integration — to ensure the shifts you’ve made work for you and continue to work for you.
There’s no new recorded content in the final two weeks, and that’s entirely intentional. These weeks are like the shavasana at the end of a yoga practice: the space where everything you’ve learned and shifted begins to land. It’s where you consolidate, fine-tune, and make the changes your own.
This is not the end, it’s the beginning of your next chapter, built on rhythm, clarity, and deep understanding. I’ll still be there with you in our final calls, helping you reflect, adjust where needed, and leave feeling confident that you now hold the reins to your health and lifestyle.
I’m Anna-Maria, a qualified naturopath, nutritionist, herbalist, and mother of four, with more than 10 years of experience helping women restore their health and reconnect to their bodies. After writing too many diet plans, I realised: it’s not the food that’s complicated — it’s the lifestyle and mindset that get in the way.

Absolutely. The program is designed to work around your life. Each weekly video is between 30–60 minutes long and can be watched anytime that suits you. The information is delivered in a way that’s clear, relevant, and easy to digest—no fluff or overwhelm.
No problem at all. All our Zoom calls are recorded, and you’ll receive the replay to watch when it suits. If you have a specific question but can't make it live, you can submit your question beforehand, and I’ll answer it during the call. You can then skip straight to that part in the replay.
Yes—completely. Everything is designed to fit into a busy woman’s week. You can watch the content on your lunch break, after bedtime routines, or even while making dinner. There are no rigid timelines, just steady support and guidance to help you implement what works best for you.
Yes. I’m with you every step of the way. You’ll also be part of a private WhatsApp group, which many women find incredibly encouraging and supportive. While it’s not therapy or 1:1 coaching, it is a space where women genuinely connect and feel held, and I will support you if you feel stuck.
