Often, this happens during major transitions - motherhood, perimenopause, divorce, burnout, a demanding season in your career, or a full health reset. But it can also happen when you’re the one everyone relies on, and you realise you don’t have the same level of support yourself.
Whether you’re navigating a significant life shift or simply want a trusted, experienced practitioner in your corner, this mentoring model offers structured, whole-person support to walk you through it.
This is a container where you’re supported clinically and personally, blending professional health care, life planning, and emotional processing into one clear, reliable relationship.
This is a private, 3- to 6-month 1:1 mentorship, designed for women seeking a trusted practitioner who can guide them through complex periods of life with clarity, professionalism, and personal attention.
It draws on my background in naturopathy, functional testing, clinical nutrition, doula care, and women’s life-cycle health teacher. But more than that, it offers something most models don’t: continuous, flexible access to a skilled, experienced, and emotionally attuned practitioner across the day-to-day.
Many women I work with are capable, thoughtful, high-responsibility women, managing families, careers, teams, businesses, or significant life transitions, yet feeling that the usual systems of support only address part of the picture.
This work isn’t bound by traditional appointment structures. You don’t need to wait until things fall apart. We work together, week by week, step by step - with your whole life in view.
• High-functioning, self-aware women who want expert support that spans both physical and emotional domains.
• Women navigating a personal or professional life shift who need consistent, practical guidance.

• Women are tired of fragmented care, seeking a central, steady anchor for their well-being and life direction.

Clinical sessions are helpful, but life happens in between.
And many women need a steady, grounded place to return to as they navigate the complexities of modern life.
Many of the women I work with are capable, intelligent, high-functioning women - running households, careers, teams, or businesses - yet carrying exhaustion, decision fatigue, or the sense that something deeper needs attention.
This structure gives you that:
– The clarity of professional expertise
– The flexibility of real-life responsiveness
– The depth of continuous care that actually creates change
I use the word mentor intentionally - not because I have all the answers, but because I’ve supported enough women across the years to hold space with steadiness, perspective, and care.
3 months – $3000
6 months – $6,000

Women I work with often say things like:
"When will you create the Anna-Maria church so we can keep seeing you after our doula work is over?”
"I want to become one of your students - to be mentored by you in life.”
"I need you to be my life doula, not just my birth doula.”
This mentorship is the response to those requests.
This is the work I am most proud to offer.
Because it changes lives - from the inside out.
Many of the women I work with are thoughtful, capable women who are used to being the strong one — the one others come to for guidance — yet recognise the value of having an experienced voice in their own corner
I’m Anna-Maria, a qualified naturopath, nutritionist, herbalist, and mother of four, with more than 15 years of experience helping women restore their health and reconnect to their bodies.
I’ve worked for years inside clinical containers, and I’ve often felt torn between wanting to give my all and needing to guard my energy between the sacredness of the moment and the ticking clock of the appointment.

If you would like to feel held and supported in your life, reach out.
That’s your body remembering. Perhaps women used to have community in a way that is hard to find in our modern world. I call it the healed sisterhood.
This is not about becoming someone new.
This is about becoming more fully yourself.
Let’s walk.
No, this is not psychotherapy or a replacement for ongoing psychological or psychiatric care. As a qualified naturopath, Shamanic Womancraft practitioner and experienced doula and mentor, I work holistically across the physical, emotional, and lifestyle domains, but I do not diagnose or treat mental illness. If needed, I may refer you to a therapist or specialist to ensure you are fully supported. I’ve trained in Shamanic Womancraft, and this informs how I approach debriefing and processing. The philosophy is centred in helping women re-member their own wisdom. I don’t fix or advise from above, but guide the process so that she can do the work herself, from a place of personal power.
Traditional naturopathic sessions are often single, issue-based appointments (e.g. for sleep issues, fertility, gut health).
This mentoring model is relational and ongoing, designed to support you not only with health but also with emotional wellbeing, life transitions, boundaries, and deeper integration over time. It blends the clinical and personal, with consistent access to me between scheduled calls.
You’ll have access to me Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (AEST) via WhatsApp, text, voice note or email. You can reach out as needed to decompress, ask a question, or get feedback. I respond within 24 business hours (often much sooner), and we’ll schedule your 1:1 calls monthly.
Absolutely. Some women message me daily; others less frequently. Either way, you have me in your corner. Even knowing you have this level of support changes how you move through life. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit - in fact, this is designed to support you before things get overwhelming.
Yes. If it’s appropriate, I can organise and interpret functional pathology testing and provide personalised supplement protocols. These are woven in seamlessly during our time together. Please note: test fees and supplements are billed separately.
You’re welcome to extend your mentoring term beyond 3 or 6 months. Pauses are only available in special circumstances and must be discussed in advance, as this is a high-touch offering with limited spots.
Yes. Everything you share with me is held in strict confidence, in line with my professional standards as a registered health practitioner.
Unfortunately, mentoring is not eligible for private health rebates, even though it may include clinical care. However, you may be able to claim part of your costs as a business or education expense — check with your accountant.
