I truly believe the work doulas offer is life-changing. I know it’s a big statement, but when women are educated, supported, and able to process their experiences while preparing appropriately, it creates a profound shift in the nervous system. This healing ripple effect extends into all areas of her life , including the new life she is birthing and nurturing.
Right now, women aren’t supported enough. This lack of support impacts families, communities, and society as a whole. As doulas, we have a unique and vital opportunity to shift this paradigm, one woman at a time.
We are in this together, connected by a greater purpose: to hold space for women, to empower them, and to contribute to a future where care, respect, and nurturing are the norm.
You're a doula (or recently trained) and ready to go deeper, beyond technique and into confidence, intuition, and presence.
You want a space to reflect, debrief, and refine - especially after attending births or holding clients in emotional transition.
You’re seeking ongoing guidance, both practical and personal, as you grow into the doula you’re becoming.
You’re drawn to learning through both professional insight and inner development - the heart, body, and spirit of this work.
This mentoring is not a substitute for formal doula training. It is entirely optional but I recommend you complete or be enrolled in a recognised training program prior to starting.
One Personal Mentorship Session per Month
A 90-minute one-on-one session with me each month. This can be in-person at The Gathering Space in Sydney, or via Zoom.
These sessions are tailored to take you through all the necessary steps to make a difference for a woman and also have a sustainable practice that nurtures you.
On-the-Go Mentoring Access
Message me via WhatsApp, email, phone calls or voice note between sessions for real-time support. Whether it’s a question, doubt during a birth, emotional moment or client situation - I’m here for you as things unfold.
Optional In-Person Learning Opportunity
When appropriate, you may be invited to join me in prenatal or postnatal care sessions, or occasionally at births if timing, consent, and readiness align. This is not guaranteed, but it is available when the moment is right.
By application only. Please apply by emailing me here.

Over the years, women have said things like:
“I want to learn to doula like you.”
“Can I keep training with you after the course?”
“I just wish I had someone to talk to after my first birth experience.”
This mentoring exists because I believe doulas need to be supported, too.
This work is powerful, beautiful, and sometimes intense. You deserve to be held as you learn to hold others.
I’ll walk beside you.
Q: Is there a refund policy?
A: Due to the personalised nature of this mentoring program, all sales are final and there are no refunds.
Q: How long do I have to complete the mentoring program?
A: All sessions and coursework must be completed within 12 months of enrolment to ensure you receive consistent and timely support.
Q: What if I miss a session due to attending births or other commitments?
A: Flexibility is important as I also attend births and support clients. We will work together to reschedule or adapt sessions where needed, but consistent engagement is expected.
Q: Can the training be customised to my specific needs?
A: Yes. While the program follows a structured curriculum, it can be tailored to your goals and interests to ensure your personal and professional growth is supported.
Q: How would you describe your mentoring style?
A: Consider me your ‘pocket doula mentor’ — available for guidance, reflection, and sharing of lived wisdom. The more intention and effort you bring, the more I will meet you in that space. You are the driver of your own development.
Q: Is there an opportunity to work with you professionally as a doula?
A: Occasionally, I may offer ongoing doula roles within my practice. If this is something you’re interested in, please let me know during your training.
Q: What kind of inner work is expected of me as a mentee?
A: This mentoring journey requires a willingness to explore your own trauma, fears, and personal blockages. Doing your own inner work is essential to becoming a grounded and nurturing doula — one who shows up in service of others, not from personal wounding or unconscious agenda. I will hold space for that growth, but the work is yours to do.
