This includes 4 prenatal visits in your home and having me on call from 38 weeks till the birth of your baby, followed by 4 postnatal visits (in your home and/or hospital). During your entire pregnancy, you get unlimited contact via phone, text and email. Additionally, you get complimentary raspberry leaf tincture from 36 weeks, free loan of the TENs Machine for your labour. You also get direct access to my clinical nutritional support along with supplements and herbal medicine if needed. Blessing way and closing ceremony are also included if you want it.

This is my comprehensive online nutrition and virtual birth education and support. Available in Australia and worldwide to make sure you are as nourished and supported and informed about the birth ahead. In a virtual birth and pregnancy session, you will have access to all the resources my doula clients have. You will have the support and education you need to prepare for birth and navigate the unfamiliar territory of birth options and how best to be informed to know how you can have the best experience possible. We cover all your personal, relationship and baby needs. You can book as many sessions you feel you need. However, in our first session, we will cover all the fundamentals and make a plan for you. Should you need further support we can arrange this easily.
