Classes are available on Wednesday evenings and Thursday mornings, offering flexibility to accommodate your lifestyle. About Yoga w. Anna-Maria

Anna-Maria’s relationship with yoga began in childhood, watching her mother’s dedicated Iyengar practice. It wasn’t until her twenties, while living in the fast pace of New York City, that she felt called to deepen her understanding. In 2006, she completed her teacher training with Yoga Works (NYC), an experience that profoundly shifted her perspective on movement, health, and inner connection.

Since then, she has taught at Virgin Active, Elixr, Fitness First, and in her own private studio, working with individuals and small groups to bring yoga into their daily lives. For Anna-Maria, yoga is more than just a physical practice—it’s a way to return to oneself, to find steadiness amid life’s demands, and to create a sense of balance between body and mind.
