This is not a typical birth education class. It’s a full-day immersion into the inner landscape of pregnancy, birth, and creation - a space to explore how your beliefs, emotions, and stories shape the way you bring new life into the world.
In this workshop, we step beyond hospital checklists and breathing techniques to meet the mindset and energetic patterns that influence birth. You’ll learn how your brain waves and hormones work together to guide the birthing process and how to work with them consciously rather than against them.
Through gentle guided processes, reflection, and group discussion, you’ll uncover the deeper story behind your birth imprint: what you’ve inherited, what you believe, and what you’re ready to release. Whether you are pregnant, planning a baby, supporting others through birth, or birthing a new chapter of yourself, this day helps you connect to your body’s innate wisdom and your creative power.
You don’t need any previous experience with shamanic work or ritual. Everything is offered in a grounded, accessible, and nurturing way - blending modern understanding with the timeless teachings of the shamanic dimensions of birth.
By the end of the day, the aim is to have you feeling centred, informed, confident, and connected, not only prepared for birth, but for the profound transformation it invites.

This workshop holds the sacred, the ritual, the soul-level work AND it also holds facts, embodied science and real change. We honour the physiology of birth, neuro-biology, brain-wave states, imprinting work, the cultural context of birth (how it’s been medicalised, ritualised, contested). We blend the ancient and the contemporary, the mystical and the grounded.
