WHY whould you do the mumspire program?

It all starts with feeling supported and being informed

If you are here, on my website, there's a good chance you're expecting a baby you want to be as informed as possible on this new journey you're in. I hear you! I, in fact, want you to be in the driver's seat - I want every woman and couple who's having a baby to be informed, feel supported and ENJOY this incredible time.

Is this program for you?

The number one problem women and couples encounter is lack of information and lack of preparation. This applies to the pregnancy journey, the birth and the postpartum. If you don't know how to eat, move and care for yourself in pregnancy, it may not be the best nine months of your life. If you don't know how to prepare your body, your mind, and your partner for birth and the early postpartum, the fourth trimester, then the journey can be like walking a minefield. This program is for you if you want to be in the driver's seat of yours and your baby's health and wellbeing as you grow your baby in your womb. If you want to know how to navigate challenging situations that could arise during birth if you want to know how to prepare the best possible

Join like-minded women in this Mumspire program to help you feel as nourished and supported you possibly can be. Knowing that you have somewhere to connect to and turn to for answers, community, guidance and support. You’ll find yourself:

  • With the answers to the questions you have (and even the questions you didn't know had)
  • Knowing how to ask questions (and which ones) when you meet with your medical providers
  • Knowing what to eat for each trimester, during birth and in the postpartum
  • Feeling excited and ready to embrace the unknown of having a new baby and becoming a new mother

Are you ready to fully embrace pregnancy and motherhood and allow the birth experience to help you grow as a woman?

I've seen it time and time again - when women take on the challenge of being 100% invested in her pregnancy, two magnificent things happen. She blossoms as a person, by participating in the physical and emotional growth that is taking place she becomes wiser, stronger and healthier. The second thing I love to see is that a woman who is invested in her health, her baby's health and the new life that awaits her - she drops the fear. She drops the worry and embodies the strength and bravery that going from Maiden to Mother requires.

You are not alone

The support I have offered women for over six years now is now available to you at your fingertips. Knowing that you will be tuned into your needs, your health and your vision for what this time in your life means that you are able to go with inevitably unpredictably nature of birth and motherhood. You will be supported along the way not only with videos, food and lifestyle advice, birth planning, and much much more, but you will also have direct access to my support and be able to ask me anything you like.

Everything is online. You can do this in your own time, and you can always reach out with your questions. The mission for me with this program is that you are as informed as possible and thus giving you the most nourishing and comprehensive pregnancy and postpartum experience possible.

Sydney Doula Anna-Maria

Testimonial from recent birth

Guilia - New Mum

I feel like this is more than just a profession for Anna-Maria. Her energy and warmth made it easy for both me and my partner to trust her in such little time.Nutrition was a big thing for me especially when I found out I was low in iron. Anna-Maria's notes were really helpful. There is so much information out there it's so hard to know what to follow. Anna-Maria understood what I needed and gave me a guide that was right for me.

Talking through my fears and expectations was a great help too. It meant I had a clearer idea what could happen and how my partner and I felt we could face it. I was nervous of postpartum depression and Anna-Maria helped me talk through this and I believe has prevented it from occurring after the birth. I've always felt she was there for me.

More Testimonials

My primary focus is to make you, the pregnant woman feel nurtured, cared for and to ensure your optimal health. A birthing mother is immensely strong and powerful, yet vulnerable, and as a doula and naturopath, I work to hold space for you to feel supported, safe and grounded.

Breastfeeding and recovering in the postnatal period is a job best done with a caring community and my aim is to offer as much guidance as possible (and as needed) by educating and supporting you as a new mother.
